The Scanned Textures series features various real-life objects that have been digitally scanned and made ready to use in your creative projects. Each pack features 240 monochromatic texture assets split into 12 sets based on the type of object. Each asset is 4000×6000 at 300dpi to ensure a high level quality and are as JPEGs to ensure compatibility with your software of choice. Pattern Designs

Print-on-Demand textiles and wallpapers via:

Retriever Patterns

Retriever is inspired by my pet labrador which provided references for the vector graphics. In contrast to earlier sets, the textures are toned down in favour of illustration work.

Verdant Patterns

Verdant is an exploratory set of designs that originated from the desire to experiment with florals.

Experimental Patterns

Experimental showcases nine designs from the Aesthetic set that were previously unused/unfinished. The set could be considered as a standalone supplement.

Aesthetic Patterns

Aesthetic was a six month study into developing a style for patterns and to act as a starting point for future sets. While the designs may not visually relate to one another, they were all made with the ethos of being loud, vibrant and dramatic.

Aesthetic Pixels

An alternative version of the Aesthetic set that uses pixels. The designs have been reworked as 16x16 pixel tiles. The entire set only uses 64 colours, reminiscent of the reduced range classic consoles like the Mega Drive/Genesis had access to. These limitations have altered the composition of the patterns, but the intent is still there.

Demo Patterns

Demos represent designs that were unused in prior sets, remixes or do not belong in a specific set.

Conpulsion 2025

Client: GEAS: The Roleplaying Society

A new brand identity for the 2025 edition of Conpulsion, Scotland’s oldest gaming and roleplaying convention. The design focuses around the mascot, the gryphon which has featured every year of the event. The symbol features them sitting in the middle of a game, rolling dice towards the viewer while dressed in character.Main deliverables included creating new social media assets, t-shirt designs and providing brand documentation.Dice Tray by Thats Sew Sue Scotland.Typefaces Used:
Pirata One by Rodrigo Fuenzalida and Nicolas Massi
Linden Hill by Barry Schwartz

Ready to Roleplay

Client: The OR Strategy

A card system simplifying role-playing games at conventions by reducing equipment. The cards are colour-blind friendly and only use symbols. There are two decks: The player deck uses figures inspired by safety signs in classic poses. The "mind" card refers to Auguste Rodin’s “The Thinker," the “body” card is similar to the Atlas stance, while the "soul" card depicts the lotus position. The GM deck, distinctively, uses variations of the Penrose triangle with a gold colourway. The cards have four grades, represented in the corners.Typefaces Used:
Big Shoulders by Patric King

Dwerg Saga

Client: Haiku Interactive

Rebrand of the indie game Dwerg Saga, where you control a group of characters looking to build a new home. One of the key goals of the redesign was to create a symbol that was scalable across different mediums. The symbol is shaped like a lantern, but also suggests an image of a home with the candle in the centre positioned as if it was a doorway.Consulting work was also provided to find a new typeface to be used in game that was easy to read but also fit within the aesthetic of the game. The game is available on itch.io:
